This seminar will examine the individual cases of participants, focusing on the patient’s relationships. We will look at the patient’s early development and explore its impact of on the dynamics of the patient’s adult relationships. We will look at the patient’s attempts to repair early fragmentations or to “close” unfinished gestalts, focusing on their choice of relationships and patterns of interacting within their relationships. Each seminar participant will present a written case summary, exploring the specific dynamics of one or more primary relationships. This course requires participants to complete Level I of GAP training before registering.
